Q. What are the features?
A. We have worked hard with HBW agents and the corporate office alike to develop the perfect tool for you to use with your clients and prospective clients. The key to the sites is that they capture leads for you, not your competition! Recruiting Pages, Quote Request, Contact Me, Calculators (more than two dozen), Learning Library, Debt Reduction Tools and more can easily be found. We have developed a feature rich, professional site that captures leads and sends them directly to you and no one else.
Q. Is this to promote loans or my insurance business?
A. This website template is for promoting primarily your insurance and financial services business. We would love to earn your mortgage loan business, but that is your choice. Any loan tools that you find on the site can easily be disabled with a click of your mouse. While our core business is lending, we are very good at web technology. When we heard that this was a need in the HBW organization, we decided to fill it. You won’t be disappointed.
Q. For Securities Agents- What about HBW Corporate, and FINRA approvals?
A. For those of you who are licensed to sell securities products, we are half way home. HBW Corporate (Louise Cowen) has approved the common pages and we are submitting them to FINRA this week for final approval. All you have to do is get your site exactly the way you want it so we can submit your unique content individually. Here are a few tips to make this an easy process. Do not mention “Securities” on your home page. Use this page to tell the visitor about yourself, your mission, vision and passion for your business. In other words, keep it simple. Next, you must include your address and securities email. Finally, if you use a separate company/agency name for any of your business, please list the full legal name under agency name of the bio page. This will complete the disclosures properly for your protection.
Q. What about compliance for Non-Securities agents?
A. For Insurance only agents, the website template’s compliance is complete. All common pages have been approved by Louis Cowen at the corporate office and as soon as you complete your bio page, we will submit your unique information to her for final approval.
Q. How much does the website template cost?
A. Packages start at only $40 per month. You can save $120 if you prepay for 1 year in advance. When we started this project, we were baffled that more agents didn’t have websites. Now that we’ve spent several months and thousands of dollars and hours of development, we understand. This is not easy to do right. The sites cost nearly $10,000 a month to maintain, update and manage content (like I-Pipeline and Lightbulb Press) and secure approvals.
Q. Any obligation?
A. None. You have no obligation to continue beyond the current month you have paid for; you may cancel at any time for any reason.
Q. What about domain names?
A. There are plenty of great HBW domain names available. Go to Yahoo or GoDaddy and find a good name for your site. If you’re not technically inclined, let us manage it for you. For about $20 per year we will find you a great name and forward it to your site for easier access by your customers.
